POP PEPA Attorneys-at-Law is pleased to announce that Ms. Irina Bănică has been appointed as a Senior Associate attorney in the corporate department.  Ms. Bănică is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest.  Prior to joining the firm in early 2009, Ms. Bănică worked as a corporate lawyer with Muşat & Asociaţii.

Ms. Bănică carries on a corporate M&A practice with significant crossover into energy, pharma and media.
