Steven Pepa is Name and Co-Managing Partner of the firm. He has extensive experience in emerging markets and has been practicing in the region since 2004. Steven has particular expertise in M&A transactions, privatisations, venture capital and private equity, finance, strategic investments and joint venture transactions. Industry experience in emerging markets includes oil & gas and energy, alternative energy, and telecommunications. Prior to forming the firm, Steven held senior management positions in several firms active in the region, including one from the magic circle. Before coming to Eastern Europe, Steven practiced in Toronto and Silicon Valley.
