Monica Pirvulescu is a Counsel to the firm. She carries on a workplace and general employment litigation practice. Monica advises clients on labour arbitrations regarding substance abuse, attendance management, collective agreement interpretation, privacy, attendance management, surveillance and theft. She is also adept at labour and employment issues in restructurings and reorganisations. Before joining the firm, she worked with one of the leading Romanian law firms as a senior attorney and led her own practice for several years. Over the last 10 years, Monica has successfully appeared before various courts and arbitration panels both in Romania and in the European Union. In addition, Monica is a licensed mediator.
