Irina Bănică is a Senior Associate with the firm. She has a mixed transactional practice centred on corporate M&A, commercial and banking. Industry experience is in energy, especially alternative energy. Prior to coming to the firm, Irina practiced in one of the largest Romanian law firms and the Romanian offices of an international law firm. She has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, energy and media sectors.
