Elena Manole is a Counsel with the firm and the Head of the Banking & Finance practice. She is the former head of the corporate finance legal department of the largest Romanian commercial bank. Elena has extensive experience in the representation of senior lenders and borrowers in connection with investment finance, trade finance, project finance and real estate finance. She has particular expertise in insurance and leasing from the perspective of a major commercial lender. Prior to her former banking position, Elena practiced in a top-tier Romanian law firm with a corporate commercial and real estate focus.
